Artist StatementMaking choice in life is like gambling, you will never know if you are betting the right one. Even when we have realized that is a wrong decision, sometimes it is hard to walk away from it without hesitation. “What should we do when we feel like we’ve made a wrong choice?” “The Triantaker” passes a message that life is in your own hands, if you ever feel like you are in the wrong place, don’t just toss that coin, wait till the fate to give you the answer… just cut the losses and start something new for your life!”
BioRaphael Peng is a Chinese filmmaker, art director and fashion stylist who currently lives in Vancouver. She loves experimenting with light, colour, and texture. During the study in ECU, she has expended her interest to various of art forms: animation, photography, cinematography, graphic and motion design, etc. Diversity of art allows her to explore the possibilities of who she is as an artist and moreover, a person.
