Synopsis:
A girl wakes up in a strange white room and her headache is keep giving her flashback to the nature, she couldn’t tell whether she’s in reality or in her dream but she is trying to find out.

Artist's Statement:
I’m a surrealist that love dreaming and enjoy the feeling of ambiguity. In most of the time, my dreams don’t make sense and take this as my inspirations. I want to express my sense of confusion when I’m dreaming. Through this film, I want the audiences to feel like they just have a confused dream but from my perspective.

Filmmaker's Biography:
Jiaxin Luo is a filmmaker, photographer and painter from Shenzhen, China and currently based in Vancouver, Canada since 2014. Jessie takes her photography practices and emerge it into her film practices. Jessie inspirations are mostly from her dreams and her everyday life and she appreciates diverse mediums of art including music, painting, photography and films. Jessie Luo graduated in Emily Carr University of Art and Design in the major of Film and Screen Arts in 2022. Her dream is to direct and produce music video and make every frame from the music video like a painting.
