Synopsis
After her girlfriend's death in a catastrophic city-wide evacuation, a desperate Ree is willing to take cosmic measures to reunite with her.

Artist Statement
OVERWRITE started as several things at once: a sci-fi novel idea, an alternate version of my third year film, and a way to work out my frustrations with the ending of Passengers (2016) starring Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence. But I can't unpack all that in 100 words or less, so let's just say this: I like science fiction. I like girls. I like characters who make bad decisions. So I put them in a film. It all comes together like a beautiful tapestry.
