Synopsis
Two girls are fated to meet under the stars, but must overcome an accident that threatens to tear them apart.

Artist Statement
My film is the culmination of all my passions: nature, my characters, and LGBT romance. With my work I want to create positive stories around LGBT characters, as there’s isn’t much of that kind of representation out there. So here I am, making it!

 Bio

Alex Esplen is a Vancouver-born artist who’s always been enamoured with storytelling. She was a wild child that would rather run through the forest than sit in school and the only way to get her to sit down was with a book or a video game. Because of this, the inspirations of storytelling and fantasy led her to study 2D digital animation at Emily Carr University. Future goals include creating comics (including one that she’s been slooowly working on for years,) and working in an animation or video game studio.
